The hotel is conveniently located near the tram stop, making it easy to travel to the airport. It is also in close proximity to the city center, providing easy access to various attractions. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast options were limited and not very impressive.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right in the city center of Geneva. We loved being able to explore the city without having to travel far. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities and had a cozy feel, with some worn furniture giving it a charming character. We particularly enjoyed the well-fitted kitchenette, which was a great convenience.

Despite its many positives, there is one minor aspect that could be improved.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and provided us with useful tips, including allowing us to do an early check-in. the shower in our room had good water flow, a nice touch.

There were a few issues with our stay. the bathroom pipes had a bad smell, not pleasant.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for spa, dining, and nightlife in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful French style balcony with fine views of the town. The shower had strong water pressure, a great bonus. the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to a tram stop and only a short distance from the city center and Lake Geneva. We also appreciated the free transportation card for two days and the reasonably priced breakfast. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were great.

We stayed in a hotel located in the Centre of the "Eaux-Vives" neighbourhood on the "Rive Gauche" of the city. It was conveniently close to the lake near the water fountain, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views and take leisurely walks. Our room, though slightly small, was clean and provided a comfortable stay. The service offered by the friendly hotel staff was exceptional, and they were always willing to assist us. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of fresh items, including delicious bread.

One downside was the outdated furniture in the room.

Lovely refurbished room with modern style, comfortable bed, and great finishing. Convenient location, just a short walk to the famous fountain and beautiful lake beaches. Complimentary wifi and breakfast included. Affordable price. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel.
